We need a developer who owns their corner of the business completely. Someone who builds clean, someone who troubleshoots fast, and someone who uses AI tools to move smarter, not just faster.
**What this role actually is**
- You report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our design, video, and marketing strategy teams.
**What you will spend your time doing**
- Building and maintaining client websites on Squarespace and WordPress.
- Managing integrations, forms, event registration platforms, and anything that needs to talk to something else and is not doing it.
- Implementing AI tools and automations across agency workflows. This is a growing part of the role along with collaborating with our AI builders and we want someone excited about it.
- Keeping Google Drive and project documentation organized, current, and accessible to the whole team.
- Flagging problems early.



If something is broken, behind, or missing, your PM hears about it 72 hours before it becomes a crisis.
**What we need from you**
- Solid web development experience with real client work in your portfolio.
- Strong HTML and CSS skills. Squarespace and WordPress proficiency.
- AI tools in your presente workflow. Claude, automation tools, whatever you are using. We are an AI-powered agency and that runs through everything.
- Professional written English. You work with US-based clients and a distributed international team. Clear written communication is not optional.
- Organized to a fault. Multiple clients, multiple tech stacks, multiple deadlines. You track all of it without being asked.
- Full ownership mentality. Your project, your problem, your solution. You do not wait for someone to notice something is wrong.
