**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator to build and manage our network of independent Field Data Verification Specialists. Your primary focus will be recruiting reliable contractors, ensuring they hit their daily location targets, and overseeing the quality of their submissions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Source, interview, and onboard independent contractors for field data collection across assigned regions.
- **Team Management**: Track daily activity to ensure agents are active and hitting their minimum targets (e.g., 15-20 locations per day).
- **Operational Support**:



Act as the primary point of contact for field agents, troubleshooting app issues and coordinating daily routes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in project coordination, recruitment, or managing remote/gig workers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple field agents simultaneously.
- Clear, direct communication style and a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with data collection platforms and performance metrics.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From $17,000.00 per month
