Lead end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and controls.

Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.

Manage and optimize ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient financial processes.

Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

Identify and drive automation opportunities to increase efficiency.

Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Take ownership of financial operations while influencing strategic direction.Build an environment of collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CRC is a plus).

Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting,



controllership, or financial leadership roles.

Experience in education or hospitality sectors is considered a strong plus.

Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Solid knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory compliance, including audit processes.

Proven experience managing and optimizing ERP systems.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
