Position Overview We are recruiting entry-level Food & Beverage professionals for cruise lines and maritime operations, delivering service in buffet, café, and casual dining environments .
These roles are adecuado for candidates starting their international hospitality careers or transitioning into cruise operations.
️ Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient guest service
Set up and maintain buffet, café, or service stations
Serve food and beverages following company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene (USPH standards)
Refill items and ensure proper presentation at all times
Assist waiters and senior staff during service
Handle basic guest requests and escalate when needed
Requirements Experience Minimum 6 months – 1 year in:
Restaurants
Cafés
Hotels
Fast casual or quick service environments
Customer service experience is essential
Ship Experience ❌ Not required
Skills Basic service knowledge
Good communication and teamwork
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
Language English: B1 minimum (basic conversational level)
Working Conditions 10–11 hours per day
7 days per week
Fast-paced, guest-facing roles
Required Documents CV in English (Harvard format)
2 reference letters
Valid passport
