**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Program Administrator**located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.
**
Reporting to the **Program Management Manager**, the Program Administrator role involves assisting with the management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Administrative support and right hand to the Program Management Manager for multiple customers.
- Maintain records, logs, and information up to date.
- Analyze data to support critical decision making.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
- Lead and coordinate projects/activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating work/communication across different departments.
- Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, customers,



or others.
- May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.
- Coordination and management of shipments.
- Purchase order and miscellaneous invoicing.
- Follow-up and support during NPI runs.
- Direct customer contact.
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field completed.
- **Fluent English, both written and verbal.
**:
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- NPI experience is a plus.
- Order Management experience (Sales Order creation, shipments, etc.) is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- ERP (Baan) experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics.
- Knowledge of SMT and Back-End processes.
