**Position: Change Management Specialist**
We are looking for a **Change Management Specialist** to drive the successful adoption of transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role will be responsible for designing change strategies, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring projects are implemented effectively, with a strong focus on people, adoption, and building a sustainable culture of transformation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design comprehensive Change Management strategies for transformation initiatives, defining scope, risks, timelines, and success metrics.
- Lead the execution of change management plans through stakeholder mapping, communication strategies, and adoption tracking.
- Coordinate and develop a network of Change Champions to drive change adoption across different areas of the organization.
- Partner with Internal Communications and cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives and communication plans aligned with each initiative.
- Centralize and prioritize transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor project progress by facilitating stakeholder sessions, mitigating risks, and ensuring objectives are achieved.
- Present project outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership teams and executive sponsors.
- Document methodologies, best practices,



and lessons learned to strengthen the organization's change management capabilities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement throughout transformation initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Transformation, Internal Communications, Human Resources, or Organizational Development.
- Experience leading multiple transformation projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executive leadership.
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.
- Change Management certification (preferred).
- Experience designing communication and change adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Highly proactive, with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, influencing abilities, and a passion for driving organizational change.
