Develop and execute the overall maintenance and facilities strategy for a complex manufacturing operation.

Ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of critical assets and utilities.

Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Drive automation, digitalization, and operational efficiency initiatives across maintenance and facilities functions.

Manage critical utilities including electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and building infrastructure.

Lead capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, expansion initiatives, and sustainability programs.

Develop and coach multidisciplinary technical teams while fostering accountability and execution.

Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, and external service providers.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Lead maintenance initiatives in a growing manufacturing operation.Take ownership of a high-impact leadership role.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management.

Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager,



Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role is required.

Strong background in maintenance strategy, asset reliability, utilities management, and continuous improvement.

Proven experience leading technical teams and driving organizational change.

Experience supporting manufacturing growth, operational expansion, or infrastructure development projects.

Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent).

OSHA training/certifications.

Knowledge of ISO standards, RBA, CTPAT, and other compliance frameworks commonly used in world-class manufacturing environments.

Experience within electronics, aerospace, automotive, or advanced manufacturing industries.
