Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accountant to support the company's financial operations.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, including journal entries.
- Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Oversee electronic invoicing and billing activities.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Process and record payroll transactions, as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness,



and timeliness of financial data.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- 2-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Valid Mexican passport and visa preferred.
Pay: $25,****** - $30,****** per month
