**Title**:Senior/Principal Pipeline Engineer
**Location**:Merida, MX

**What will you be doing?
**
- Leading the pipeline design team in Merida and small groups of engineers on pipeline design packages.
- Performing in-place design of subsea rigid pipelines, for tenders, FEEDs and EPCIs.
- Providing specialist skills in key areas of subsea rigid pipeline/spool engineering, in accordance with client's specifications / scope of work, design codes and Subsea 7 guidelines.
- Sporting discipline activities such as continuous improvements and technology developments.
- Managing internal and external interfaces.
- Supporting the technical development of the team you will manage.
**What experience would we like you to have?
**
- Engineering degree, with relevant experience (7+ years) in the subsea pipeline design industry
- Proficient with Abaqus
- Competent in the relevant industry codes, standards, and guidelines
- Communication and collaboration skills, in English
- Proven ability to work within time/budget constraints
