**Role Purpose**
**Main activities**
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers in Technology, Operations, and Functional areas to understand role requirements and craft precise job advertisements.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of GCIO, GCOO, and Functions, ensuring access to top-tier talent in highly competitive markets.
- Uphold legal and HSBC policy requirements, promoting fairness and equal opportunity throughout the recruitment process.
**Requirements**:
- Strong experience in Human Resources (Recruitment).
- Experience in the financial, insurance, or banking sector.
- Experience with recruitment systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Working with onshore and offshore teams.
- Advanced English proficiency.
