The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Regional Manager role may be located near any IFF Taste site within Latin America and is primarily remote, with business travel as needed, typically around 20%, with occasional travel up to 50%. Where You’ll Make a Difference
Partner with Environmental, Health and Safety leaders and site teams across Taste locations, primarily in Latin America, to strengthen compliance,



risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Review incident data, performance metrics, leading indicators and training effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and support strong safety performance.
Lead and support site-level incident investigations, corrective action planning and root cause analysis activities.
Facilitate and oversee Environmental, Health and Safety audits, risk assessments and program evaluations across the regional network.
Provide technical guidance and support related to emergency response and fire safety for the Taste business unit globally.
Collaborate with the Global Taste Environmental, Health and Safety team to develop, implement and share best practices, tools, training materials and resources.
Support site teams in developing and executing Environmental, Health and Safety improvement plans aligned with business and corporate objectives.
