The Role
This senior role serves as the regional customer quality owner for all Battery plants in Mexico supporting Aftermarket, Wholesale and Distributor customers. The position coordinates customer quality performance, response discipline, problem-solving governance and escalation management across the battery manufacturing network and distribution interfaces, protecting customer satisfaction, warranty exposure, business continuity and the reputation of the Mexico region.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Coordinates and governs cross-plant customer quality strategy for Aftermarket, Wholesale and Distributor channels, ensuring consistent priorities, standards and execution across all battery plants in Mexico.
- Acts as a senior technical authority in advanced problem solving, customer communication and escalation response, aligning plants on containment, 8D discipline,



root-cause elimination, lessons learned and recurrence prevention.
- Influences plant, commercial, Customer Care, warranty, supply chain and distribution leadership to improve field performance, reduce claims and strengthen regional quality maturity.

Improved customer trust and faster response discipline across Aftermarket, Wholesale and Distributor channels.
Reduction in recurring claims, PPM, warranty exposure and customer escalations.
Consistent, high-quality 8D responses and verified effectiveness of corrective actions.
