This role

The Partnership Growth Analyst is responsible for executing and optimizing customer communications across the customer lifecycle. This role supports the planning, execution, and performance analysis of multi-channel campaigns that improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Working closely with Marketing, Product,



Operations, Risk, Data, and Commercial teams, the analyst helps deliver personalized, data-driven communications that enhance the customer experience and drive business results.

Responsibilities
Execute customer communication campaigns across WhatsApp, Push, Email, SMS, and In-App channels.
Support lifecycle communication strategies across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation journeys.
Create customer-centric messaging and value propositions aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, Operations, Engineering, and Data teams to launch campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities through reporting and A/B testing.
Analyze customer behavior and funnel performance to identify communication opportunities and friction points.
