Here's what you need to know about this position:
**Location**: Remote, Mexico
**Engagement**Type**: Full-Time
**The Work**
- (What you'll be doing & Your Impact)
- Collaborate with researchers to plan and execute user studies, combining qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions.
- Translate research findings into personas, user journeys, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and collaborative design tools.
- Partner closely with engineers throughout the Agile cycle to refine designs, align on technical constraints, and deliver polished user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional sessions to align teams around user goals and ensure UX drives overall product strategy.




- Present and communicate design rationale through storytelling and clear visual documentation to stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion human-centered design and creative problem-solving, ensuring each experience reflects both business goals and user needs.
**Needed Expertise**
- (What you need to succeed in the role)
- 7+ years of experience designing digital experiences across multiple channels with a strong UX foundation and ability to guide UI execution.
- Proven portfolio showcasing design process, iteration, and impact from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of modern UX methodologies, agile practices, and emerging trends, including AI-driven design solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and collaborative design systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to align technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-informed mindset with experience leveraging analytics and metrics to validate design decisions.
- Prior experience with large-scale tech or advertising products preferred.
