As part of our Clinical Data Science & Evidence (CDSE) organization, we are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the function.
- In this role, you will work closely with the **Associate Director of CDSE Operations**, acting as a key partner to ensure smooth execution of projects, improved processes, and effective stakeholder collaboration across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will play a critical role in enabling CDSE operations through:
- Supporting the execution of the **Evidence & Insights Generation Plan (EIGP)**, including coordination of inputs, editorial support, and delivery of presentations
- Coordinating **internal and external communications**, including CDSE newsletters and training initiatives
- Supporting the development and maintenance of **KPIs and dashboards** to support business decision-making
- Driving **process improvements and project management best practices** across the team
- Supporting **research governance processes**, contributing to standardization, documentation, and audit readiness
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Market Access, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment and execution of key initiatives
- Preparing and coordinating **department meetings**, ensuring follow-ups on agreed action items
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of **SharePoint sites and operational tools**
**Qualifications**
**Must-have**
- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Healthcare, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Experience working with data, KPIs, or reporting tools
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Fluent in English
**Nice-to-have**
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Data Science, Market Access, or Real-World Evidence (RWE)
- Exposure to research governance or research administration processes
- Experience with project management tools or platforms
- Knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools
- PMP certification or equivalent methodology training
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field
