ToscoClean is a professional exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial customers across the United States.
We specialize in solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, and bird-proofing.
As we grow into new markets, we're building a reliable network of service providers to deliver our services wherever our customers are.
**About the Role**
As an Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying and managing service providers who can perform our services in various cities across the United States where we currently do not have coverage.
You'll act as the bridge between sales and operations — making sure that when a job is sold in a new market, we have a vetted, qualified provider ready to deliver it.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and vet reliable service providers who meet our quality standards.
- Ensure proper service coverage for jobs sold in different locations.
- Onboard service providers into our internal system.
- Transfer key information (contact details, work orders, notes,



and service descriptions) to the Operations team to ensure proper service execution.
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline of providers by market and service type.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with providers and internal teams to keep jobs on track.
**Required Qualifications**
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly proficient in English (required) for working with US-based providers and internal teams.
- Self-directed and able to manage multiple markets and tasks at once.
- Comfortable working with CRM, spreadsheet, and project-tracking tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in vendor sourcing, recruiting, partnerships, operations coordination, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with home services, field services, or subcontractor networks.
- Prior experience onboarding vendors or contractors into a system or CRM.

Pay: From $10,****** per month
