**Job description**:
- Coordinate import shipments
- Coordinate EXW, FCA, and any other applicable Incoterm shipments originating from foreign territories
- Coordinate transportation from Manzanillo, Lázaro Cárdenas, Veracruz, and Reciente Laredo
- Coordinate urgent shipments and expedited operations
- Update import transactions in Annex 24
- Maintain and update supplier and material catalogs in Annex 24
- Review and approve customs entry (pedimento) proformas
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the preparation of customs entries for Drawback return operations
- Maintain updated records related to tariff classifications and certificates of origin
- Manage foreign trade files related to import operations
- Review foreign trade documentation for import operations
- Download foreign trade records and archive them in official document storage locations
- Complete foreign trade files for import operations
- Approve invoices from customs brokers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
- Notify the arrival of materials at BDMX Plant and/or warehouses
- Manage import permits
- Coordinate guarantee letters with freight forwarders
- Prepare tax reports for the Finance department
- Generate shipment tracking and import lead-time reports
- Prepare the weekly import plan report for the submission of Customs Value Declarations through VUCEM
- Control and manage documentation required for Customs Value Declarations through VUCEM
- Prepare Customs Value Declarations through VUCEM
- Generate arrival reports for the Warehouse department
- Prepare fixed asset reports
- Review customs entries in accordance with the Customs Entry Model/COVE baseline requirements
- Prepare authorization letters for shipping lines
- Prepare instruction letters for customs brokers
- Support the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of the Foreign Trade process within the ISO ****:**** Quality Management System
**Profile**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Specialized training and continuous education in Foreign Trade
- Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations related to foreign trade operations
- Experience managing export promotion programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and Annex 24
- Experience with VAT-IEPS Certification and Annex 30 compliance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including database management and Pivot Tables
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency ******%), both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreign trade operations
