Hybrid - **What You'll Be Doing** **What You'll Be Doing***Lead** the configuration, testing, and deployment of HR solutions, primarily within SAP SuccessFactors.
- **Collaborate** with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable system solutions.
- **Maintain and enhance** HR systems through release management, audits, and governance to ensure data integrity.
- **Train and support** integral users with HRIS materials, guides, and documentation.
- **Integrate** SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems (payroll, finance, analytics) and identify automation opportunities to boost HR efficiency.
- **What We're Looking For** Proven expertise in HR Information Systems, ideally **SAP SuccessFactors**.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Talent, Learning).
- Skills in system configuration, data management, and reporting (e.g., People Analytics/Stories).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate clearly with non-technical users.




- Typically **5+ years** of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience in HR technology or systems administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Nice to have: Experience with Time Management, payroll technologies, and HR tech integrations.
