We are seeking a **Group Leader in Product Engineering**to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams in a dynamic and innovative environment.
This role is responsible for driving global standards, ensuring quality, and fostering talent development within the team.
Experiência y requisitos
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify development needs.
- Ensure compliance with global engineering standards and take corrective actions when needed.
- Provide resources and direction for project execution.
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Uphold internal control and compliance practices,



including asset protection and confidentiality.
- Bachelor ́s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years experience in an engineering discipline
- Previous experience leading a team
- Experience in product Development preferred
