We are looking to hire a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies for building strong teams.
- Understand the business and participate in product meetings.
- Work with HR and managers on workforce planning.
- Source and hire for various roles, especially in engineering and technician areas, using effective recruitment methods.
**Background**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in TA, recruiting salary (professional) and executive positions.
- Excellent English level (90%+)
- Experience with Software and System position is a plus
