The International Coordinator will be a key member of the MaryRuth's International team, working closely with the International Sales Director and Project Manager to ensure that international partner onboarding and orders are processed efficiently and within deadlines.
This role will work to report and organize data related to sales, regulatory documentation, and internal processes, alongside assisting with ongoing distributor relationships.
As MaryRuth's continues to establish more of a integral presence, the International Coordinator will ensure that many of the logistics related to this growth are consistently executed, such as meeting scheduling, communications, project support, cross-functional work, and providing administrative assistance and expertise for other International team members.
This role will report directly to the International Sales Director and is a full-time (40 hr/wk), hourly, non-exempt, paid, remote position.




The working hours for this role will be 9am-5:30pm US CT or 9am-5:30pm US MT with a compensation range of MXN $******* per hour.
**Responsibilities**
- Review order availability and work cross-functionally with the Operations team to process orders.
- Log sales data and marketing product updates in a clear and accessible manner; maintain up-to-date tracking and organization of data and test results, fully-executed agreements, import documents, SOUs, etc.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships between MaryRuth's and international distributors, focusing on communication and following up with dossiers, invoicing, and additional information.
- Collaborate with various MaryRuth's departments, especially QA/QC, to gather regulatory documents for international import.
- Support on projects such as IP registration and domain purchasing.
- Maintain clear and easy-to-use organization and tracking systems in Asana and Sharepoint.
