**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support to SMT production lines, ensuring mínimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Guide the engineers with troubleshoot SMT equipment including:
- Solder paste printers
- Solder paste inspection systems
- Pick-and-place machines (e.g., Fuji)
- Reflow ovens (including thermal profile interpretation)
- Wave and selective soldering systems
- PCB routers and washers
- Interpret thermal profiles, chemical usage, and machine-generated thermal data.
- Collaborate in stencil design and process optimization.




- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of at least 10 engineers.
- Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to improve production efficiency and quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on SMT processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ people.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service attitude.
- Proficient in statistical tools and data analysis.Basic understanding of financial principles related to manufacturing.
