POSITION OBJECTIVE
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Overall responsibility for production volume, quality, delivery dates, and costs in manufactuning
Control and optimization of manufacturing processes across multiple machining technologies (e.g., turning, milling, grinding, automation)
Analysis and continuous improvement of production times, setup times, scrap rates, inventories, and OEE
Introduction and implementation of new technologies, manufacturing strategies, and digitalization solutions
Support in investment decisions, design optimization, and strategic capacity planning
Close collaboration with industrial engineering and development during product and process launches
Interfacing with E, quality, maintenance, and development on process-relevant topics
Technical and disciplinary management of employees
Build, promote, and develop high-performing teams and leaders at all levels.
Ensure communication, transparency, and leadership clarity throughout the area
Plan, develop, and qualify staff in accordance with Operational Excellence requirements
Promote a performance-oriented, safe, and team-based work culture that aligns with BRP values, complemented by proactive safety quality, and lean culture
Communicate with adjacent areas such as logistics, quality, production control, and development.
Comply with and improve defined APs.
Follow BRR values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take ful accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRE poley
Ensure a good work enviromment by following up the Officevibe tool.
**SKILLS**:
In-depth knowledge of planning (personnel, use of machinery, materials)
MS-Office & SAP




Machining and other manufacturing technologies
Basic technical understanding, especially how engines work
Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies
Fundamentals of cost and financial management
**SCHOLARSHIP**:
**Bachelor in**: Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, industrial engineering or similar
**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**:
**5 years in**: professional experience with management and budget responsibility
**LANGUAGE**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially
French or german is an advantage.
