**What will you do?
**
Responsible for the execution/develop of manufacturing controls.
Work will be performed in a centralized manufacturing engineering activity or assembly/plant activity where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Lead DLA, CHARM, and Control Rooms systems & architecture in very assembly shop
- Lead among assembly shop GM Cybersecurity requirements, automation software inventories control updates, upgrades or replacement, ASMS
- Coordinate and develop compelling training Controls System Plan through the different levels of GC
- Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies
- Deploy cost optimization over OEM services, spare parts and lifetime control systems
- New program implementation/execution (SOR prep, forecasting, controls/robotics design, equipment build/run-off and buyoff)
- Design, construction, integration, plant installation, successful launch and continuous improvement
- Staying abreast of new controls technologies (PLC, HMI, networks, robot, vision) of equipment and tools required in plants for the production of high quality parts
- Managing deliveries to program timing milestones
- Providing project report outs to senior management
- Existing program/site support (troubleshooting, etc.)
- Providing technical direction to less experienced controls engineers.
- Designing and troubleshooting of electrical controls systems
- Work may involve development and testing of advanced process technology

**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree: Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer,



Mechatronic Engineer and all Engineering related.
- Required experience in similar position: from 3 to 5 years.
- Available to change shifts in special cases.
- English Level: Advanced.
- Key Skills: Experience working with PLCs from Siemens, Allen Bradley and FANUC brands (Programming and troubleshooting skills), CoBots.
