We are looking for an **Application Engineer** to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of efficient, customized automation systems.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate and quote automation projects according to client specifications (RFQs).
- Analyze mechanical and electrical systems to ensure technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation concepts and solutions.

- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across departments.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related).




- 2-6 years of experience as an **Application Engineer** in **automation companies**.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical and electrical systems**.
- Proven experience **quoting automation projects**.
- Ability to **interpret and analyze client RFQs**.
- **Advanced English** (spoken and written).
- **Availability to travel** within and outside Mexico (valid **passport and visa** required).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- High tolerance to pressure, results-oriented mindset.
**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
