Develop, maintain and standardize CAD floor plans for more than 1,200 US retail locations, new stores and expansions.
Ensure layouts meet business, brand and city regulatory requirements, while supporting facilities, construction and vendor teams with accurate designs that improve efficiency and accelerate project execution.
**Job Responsibilites**:
- Create and maintain CAD floor plans for all US retail stores lacking layouts, documenting key infrastructure data.
- Design and update office layouts for new and existing spaces in Mexico and US, ensuring compliance with local building codes, city permits and corporate brand standards.
- Prepare and deliver space utilization plans
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of plans to reduce change orders.
- Collaborate with real estate partners to ensure space utilization is according to lease obligations
- Act as the point of contact for space planning and modification for US and Mexico.
**Requirements**:
- Scholarship: University/college (degree in architecture or interior design)
- Specialized knowledge: Office, AutoCAD, CMMS (service now, emaint or similar)
- Experience: 2-4 years experience in retail space planning, workplace design.
Background in retail or corporate office design preferred.
- English level: Advanced (C1 and above)
