CarInspector.io is a fast-growing U.S.based company that provides **pre-purchase vehicle inspections** across the United States.
We work directly with U.S. customers and a nationwide network of independent mechanics to help buyers make informed decisions before purchasing a vehicle.
We are building our **call center operations in Matamoros** and are looking for **English-speaking Customer Service Representatives** who are professional, courteous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls from **U.S.based customers**:
- Communicate clearly, **politely, and professionally in English**:
- Provide calm and helpful assistance, even during **stressful or high-pressure calls**:
- Assist customers with scheduling inspections and answering questions
- Coordinate with mechanics to confirm availability and job details
- Provide updates on inspection status, rescheduling, and follow-ups
- Accurately enter and update information in our internal systems
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent spoken English — required**:
- Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner
- Ability to remain calm and effective during **stressful situations**:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- **Strong computer skills required**:
- Able to work with multiple browser tabs while on calls
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule
- Full-time, on-site
- Fixed schedule (details discussed during interview)
Compensation
**$14,000 - $20,000 MXN per month**, based on experience
