Your tasks
Manage and develop the product portfolio according to customer requirements and market needs.
Identify new product applications and support product development in collaboration with Product Engineering, Integral Product Management, and RD.
Lead technical projects from initiation through implementation in series production.
Coordinate prototype production and deliveries, product transfers, engineering changes, and technical documentation.
Support technical requests, feasibility studies, and cost calculations during the RFQ process.
Support technical product communication, including presentations, trainings, customer support, and engineering fairs.
Support production rampup and Quality Management activities, including customer complaints and 8D processes.
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the product portfolio.
Your skills
Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical field.
Experience in design and development and technical project management.




Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, and automotive specifications.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional and international teams.
Professional proficiency in English.
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and CAD tools.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Willingness to travel internationally, when required.
