Tribe BPO is hiring **Debt Settlement Agents** to help U.S.based customers find financial relief through debt resolution services.

**Training Details**:
- **Start Date**: Monday, July 28
- **Duration**: 1 week
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- **Paid Training**
**Work Schedule (Post-Training)**:
- **Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday through Saturday
- **Full-time, On-site**
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: Weekly pay - $3,000 MX base
- **Commissions**:
- Start earning after 4 weeks in operations
- **$100 USD per closed Debt Settlement**:
- No cap on earnings!
- Contract since day 1 (IMSS,
Infonavit, vacations, aguinaldo)
**What We're Looking For**:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Sales/Collections experience is a **must**:
- Confidence, empathy, and resilience
- Availability to work full-time on-site in Hermosillo
- People living close to the site have priority.
Pay: $3,****** - $7,****** per week
