Descripción y detalle de las actividades
Manage assigned AR portfolio according to commercial payment terms, driving collections and managing deductions.
Partner with Sales and internal teams to manage complex accounts and resolve billing disputes.
Serve as primary escalation point to accelerate collections while maintaining positive customer relations.
Perform account reconciliations, monitor invoice delivery via portals, and ensure integrity of daily invoicing processes (including EDI).
Establish payment dates or plans with customers and document all collection activities in ERP system.
Experiência y requisitos
**Education**
- **Preferred**: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or International Business
**Experience**
- **Required**: +4 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone and customer service skills
- Effective Time-Management Skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and be results oriented.




- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in finance ERP systems, Eclipse or another Epicor platform is desired.
- Strong system skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
