JOB SUMMARY
The Global Quality Manager leads the development and execution of global quality strategies for a high-volume automation and material handling systems portfolio, driving standardized and scalable quality systems across Jabil’s general manufacturing workcells.
This role supports highly integrated electromechanical platforms, including robotics, conveyor systems, motor and drive systems, gear assemblies, device charging modules, cable harnesses, PCBAs assemblies and system-level assemblies operating in complex, high-volume,



and fast-paced operational environments.
A critical aspect of the role is driving quality alignment and execution across a multi-site and multi-partner ecosystem, including system integration and assembly operations, end-customer environments, and third-party installation providers. The role ensures effective coordination and quality control across the full value chain from sub-assembly processes through final system integration and deployment enabling seamless system performance at the end-user site.
The position requires strong technical quality expertise, advanced analytical capability, and a data-driven approach to identify systemic risks, drive root cause resolution, and sustain long-term system reliability under real-world operating conditions.
