**Position: Director of Supply Chain**:

**Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced **Director of Supply Chain** to lead and oversee our North American operations.
This high-impact role reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials to production and finished goods to customers—on time and at the best cost.
You will manage four areas**:Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customs**, with operations in the U.S. and Mexico.
You'll also be key in driving strategic sourcing initiatives, building supplier partnerships, and developing a high-performing supply chain team.
**What You'll Do**:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain functions: purchasing, logistics, warehouse, customs, inventory, and materials planning.
- Ensure uninterrupted flow of materials to production and timely delivery of finished goods.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, KPIs, policies, and best practices.
- Build and manage vendor relationships; ensure contract compliance and performance.
- Monitor and optimize demand planning, inventory accuracy, and cost control.
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring,



and development for the supply chain team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business goals.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Currently in a people management role
- Fluent in **English**:
- **10+ years** of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management
- Strong experience in **Purchasing and Warehouse** operations
- Familiarity with **Inventory Management Software** (NetSuite preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus)
- Experience with **customs, import/export, and logistics** is a plus
