As an Assembler I, you'll help maintain high production standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete production processes as trained by the production leader, supervisor, or designee.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate clothing and safety gear accurately throughout all procedures.
- Report any issues related to quality, efficiency, work instructions, work environment, safety, or tools to the supervisor or line leader.
- Produce items that meet or exceed production standards.




- Assist line leaders and supervisors in audits and observations, including ISO ****, ISO*****, and CFR, as appropriate to your role.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the organization.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a production or assembly role preferred but not required.
