**The position and your daily adventures**
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 3 times per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead and develop the recruitment team to attract top talent across all functions.
- Performance & Career Management: Oversee the performance cycle, career frameworks, and initiatives that foster growth and development.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive culture initiatives, including climate surveys (e.g., eNPS), and design action plans to strengthen employee engagement.
- Employee Journey: Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Learning & Development (L&D;): Design and coordinate programs that build skills and prepare employees for future challenges.
- Business Partnering: Act as HR Business Partner for core areas such as Product, Technology, and B2B, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business goals.
- Mobility Support: Provide guidance and support for employee mobility processes.
- Office Management & Events: Oversee facilities, office operations, and internal events that enhance employee experience.
- Process Excellence: Ensure People processes are coherent, integrated, and holistic across the employee lifecycle.




Identify opportunities to improve or design new processes to support organizational effectiveness.
**What We're Looking For**
- Proven experience in Organizational Development, HR Business Partnering, or People Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability in project and stakeholder management.
- Resilience and adaptability in environments of significant change.
- Experience leading Talent Acquisition teams is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in technology or fintech companies is considered a strong plus.
