The Warehouse Coordinator helps to administrate and supervise all the vital information on performance in the daily production plan to complete improvement plans to reduce the loss time.
Responsible for receiving, delivering and shipping materials on time and keeping the quality of materials in and during the supply process.
**Core Responsibilities**
Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize warehouse processes and efficiency.
Support inventory control through cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
Record and update material movements in the ERP/WMS system.
Provide follow-up with suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Prepare and maintain warehouse-related reports (inventory, KPIs, shipments).
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and quality procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement, logistics, and production.
**Do you have what it takes?

- 1 - 2 years of Experience in Logistics/ Warehouse.
- Industrial engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- PC high level (office), Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn data analysis tools Management of computer programs (Office, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint), Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (Oracle or similar).
- Advanced English language reading, written and speaking.




- Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable to work with different areas, Decision making in the field for changes and / or solution of immediate problems.
