We are currently searching for a Test Data Management Engineer:
Responsibilities
Design and develop Test Data Management (TDM) solutions for enterprise applications.
Develop self-service test data provisioning utilities using Java, Groovy, or Python.
Implement data discovery, masking, subsetting, synthetic data generation, and data validation processes.
Support test data requests, refresh activities, and test data governance.
Develop SQL queries and API validations to ensure data quality and accuracy.
Create and maintain Gold Copy databases and data provisioning frameworks.




Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to enable efficient testing.
Execute Mainframe JCL batch job create extracts and push it to Managed File Transfer (MFT).
Automate API or UI workflows to conditioning test data per requirements.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Provisioning, Mainframe JCL, ETL, and Test Data Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with GenRocket (or Informatica TDM / similar TDM tools).
Strong programming skills in Core Java, Groovy, or Python.
Proven expertise in SQL, ETL, RDBMS, and Cloud Data Sources.
Experience with Data Masking & Synthetic Data Generation processes.
Working knowledge of REST APIs.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Knowledge in integration patterns such as Apache Camel and Kafka is preferred.
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
