RoverPass is a fast-growing startup in the hospitality and travel industry, providing cutting-edge reservation and operational solutions for RV parks and campgrounds.
As we scale, we're looking for AI Automation Engineers and Workflow Automation Developers with hands-on experience using tools like **n8n**, **OpenAI APIs**, and **chatbot frameworks** to help us automate internal processes and optimize business performance.
**What You'll Do**
As part of our AI & Automation initiative, you will:
- Design and implement **workflow automations** using **n8n** or similar tools to streamline repetitive tasks in customer support, finance, HR, and marketing.
- Build and deploy **chatbots** that integrate with our internal systems and tools (CRM, databases, forms, etc.) to guide users or perform actions automatically.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to **identify use cases**, build low-code automations, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
- Ensure proper integration of AI tools with existing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, DigitalOcean, etc.).




- Explore and test different **AI APIs** (OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Deepgram, AssemblyAI) and **RPA solutions** when relevant.
**What We're Looking For**
Proven experience in **workflow automation** using **n8n**, Zapier, Make, or similar low-code tools
Strong knowledge of **AI APIs**, especially OpenAI's GPT models, and how to integrate them into workflows
Experience building **AI assistants, chatbots**, or agent-like workflows that interact with users or process backend actions
Familiarity with **API integrations, webhooks**, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
(Bonus) Some scripting knowledge in **JavaScript, Python, or Node.js** for advanced customization inside n8n
(Bonus) Experience working with **CRM, ERP, ATS, or Helpdesk platforms**
