Role Description This full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role is based in Jalapa, VER. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient billing, scheduling,



and payer follow-up, providing clear, accurate information to patients and payers. Responsibilities include resolving inquiries, documenting call details in internal systems, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
