Role Description This full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role is based in Jalapa, VER. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient billing, scheduling, and payer follow-up, providing clear, accurate information to patients and payers.



The representative will contribute to team performance goals, support a positive patient experience, and collaborate closely with supervisors and peers in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service and support skills, including experience as Customer Service Representatives and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
Customer Support capabilities for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up in a professional and timely manner.
Computer Literacy, including accurate data entry, use of call center software, and ability to learn new systems and workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Jalapa, VER on a full-time schedule, with reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies.
Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or call center settings is preferred but not required if candidates demonstrate strong potential.
