Sr. Specialist, Human Resources

This role is within Chamberlain Group's Nogales Human Resources group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Manage incidents of the corresponding areas: Absenteeism, leave without / with pay prior documentation, suspensions, temporary disabilities and verify disability benefits and file documentation in the employee's file, except certificates of disability that are kept separately, (ii) Maintain and complete the manning requirements for the production areas. Managing the recruiting process for hourly direct and hourly indirect positions from start to finish and (iii) Prepare the periodic reports that are requested related to the function, plus those that are already established by the personnel department, internal and corporate monthly reports. Requires 3+ years of experience in resource areas and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Managing the recruiting process for hourly direct and hourly indirect positions from start to finish, including hiring needs, vacancy posting, interview, hiring process in systems, file and on-boarding receiving, verifying candidates complete the employment applications, received documentation, complete the employee file and, when applicable, complete registration in Workday System.
Prepare the periodic reports that are requested related to the function, plus those that are already established by the personnel department, internal and corporate monthly reports.
Support the HR Labor relations coordinator in handling the various situations related to the area: Labor conflicts, clarifications, administrative acts, handling of the Internal Labor Regulation and
