Senior Merchandising Coordinator Central America
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Merchandising Coordinator with proven experience in the Central American market (Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Honduras, or El Salvador, or alternatively in Colombia). to lead product strategy and assortment planning across multiple brands and categories. This person will be responsible for seasonal planning, product lifecycle management, commercial performance, and pricing strategy across retail, wholesale, and eCommerce channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Seasonal Planning
Lead the assortment planning and line review process across brands and categories.
Develop seasonal assortments aligned with consumer insights, channel needs, market trends, and financial objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across categories, product silhouettes, pricing architecture, and distribution channels.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product strategies support overall business goals.




Product Lifecycle Management
Own the product lifecycle from initial planning through end-of-life management.
Lead the seasonal buying process and ensure successful execution of assortment strategies.
Define inventory strategies and commercial priorities by brand, category, and channel, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage inventory risks and implement action plans to maximize product availability, sell-through performance, and portfolio profitability.
Commercial Performance Management
Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance, gross margin, inventory levels, and key business KPIs.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to optimize commercial results and drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and address performance gaps.
Pricing & Portfolio Management
Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business target
