Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
Experience working with digital organizations.
Experience closing agreements and meeting business goals with key brands, agencies, and partners.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with YouTube and video landscape expertise.
Experience tracking business metrics, analyzing performance trends, documenting client success stories,



and reporting strategy effectiveness against regional business goals.
Knowledge of creator business generation strategies, including designing, packaging, and commercializing influencer programs, sponsorships, and high-profile events.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across internal teams (Sales, Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships, Insights, and Creative) to develop pitch decks, objection-handling resources, and external narratives.
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating complex data and ecosystem mechanics into compelling, highly persuasive sales stories.
