At Wiwynn Mexico, we are looking for a highly motivated engineering professional to join our team as an FAE Supervisor. If you have a strong background in hardware engineering, failure analysis, and manufacturing processes, we'd love to hear from you
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing.
Strong background in PCB assembly, testing, and validation processes.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and technical documentation.
Hands-on experience supporting high-volume manufacturing and New Product Introduction (NPI).
Proficient in the use of electronic test equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers,



and signal generators.
Experience with electronic circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and validation.
Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
Previous experience as a Product Engineer, Failure Analysis Engineer, Design Engineer, Validation Engineer, or a related technical role.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Leadership experience managing technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
