Manage Maquilas MX treasury function in an assigned country. In charge of bank
accounts and bank relation. Cash flow preparation and analysis.

Description for Internal Candidates

Responsibilities:

* Execute and validate payments to local and international suppliers.
* Prepare and process bank payment files (MXN / USD).
* Ensure payments are completed on time in accordance with established
schedules.
* Coordinate with Accounts Payable and operations teams for payment release.
* Monitor daily bank account activity.
* Prepare and consolidate monthly bank activity reports.
* Support bank reconciliations in coordination with accounting.
* Track cash inflows and outflows for assigned entities.
* Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
* Identify funding needs or excess cash positions.
* Manage intercompany loan transactions.
* Coordinate payments related to financing (principal and interest).
* Support funding requests to meet operational and financial obligations.
* Prepare and distribute reports such as:
* Monthly disbursements
* Bank activity reports




* Interest in income tracking
* Ensure adherence to treasury policies and procedures.
* Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
* Support internal and external audits.

Education & Certifications:

* Major in Accounting, Finance, or related Studies

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in treasury and banking operations
* Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
* Experience of audit & tax process, ability to work with external auditors
* Good written and verbal communication skills bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Energetic and versátil - capable to meet all deadlines and requests
