**Summary Position**:
Ensure that the supply of materials meet the production schedule and minimum stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity.
Able to deliver efficient, effective and adaptable solutions to meet production requirements.
Maintains strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure supply of materials meets requirements.
Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging & always changing environment is essential, supporting the Planning, Production & Logistics teams to ensure this function can continuously improve, add value to the organization and work alongside the different disciplines within the company to achieve results.
The role will monitor and track top running items to allow forecasting ensuring system models are maintained using business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Order Balancing, Production balancing Report and other sources from Customer Service, Sales Op and supplier data
**Main Responsibilities**:
Assure the stock of all materials are at defined levels (white cards & modules & components, stationery and consumables).
Assure production has required materials to meet customers' needs.
Ensure the availability of raw materials and consumables when they required by the orders.
On time PO's, follow up on critical Suppliers.
Plan and forecast inbound costs for imported materials.
Achieve savings to reduce order expenses, propose and supervise improvements related to the supply and control of material inventory and reduce inbound costs
**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
Spanish, Fluent English
MS Office, Oracle
+ 2 Years Manufacturing processes, time management, forecasting knowledge.
