**As an Employee Relations Analyst, you'll get to**:
- Investigate and resolve complex and escalated employee concerns, often in partnership with other internal support departments
- Interpret, review and revise Conduent policies, procedures and guidelines
**We'd love to hear from you if you**:
- Have 3 years of Human Resources experience in areas such as Employee Relations, Generalist, Training, Talent Acquisition, etc.
- Have a high degree of initiative and embrace working both independently and as part of a team
- Enjoy problem solving and performing analysis
**What else are we looking for?
**
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Organized: Must be organized and able to follow a systematic method of completing tasks.
Ability to prioritize a must.
- Analytical Skills:



Must be able to think and reason to solve a problem.
- Problem Solving: Must be able to find solutions within the Conduent guidelines, Federal guidelines and in the best interest of the parties involved.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must consent to and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings (background, drug screen).
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
**Additional skills that would be great**:
- Previous experience in a transaction processing and/or outsourcing environment
