We are looking for an Leader of Recruitment Strategy & Talent Attraction with a strong results-driven mindset, expertise in high-volume hiring, team leadership, and recruitment strategy execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop operational recruitment teams.

Ensure achievement of hiring, attendance, and onboarding targets.

Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs, including conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, attendance, hires, and turnover.

Design and implement talent attraction strategies for operational positions.

Coordinate field recruitment activities, job fairs, hiring booths, and digital recruitment campaigns.

Manage client relationships and provide follow-up on critical vacancies.

Develop action plans focused on results and continuous improvement.

Identify hiring risks and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading high-volume operational recruitment processes.





Proven experience managing and developing recruitment teams.

Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and data analysis.

Experience recruiting operational, technical, industrial, and logistics profiles.

Availability to work in the field and travel as required.

Schedule flexibility.

Advanced English proficiency.

Previous experience in Human Capital, Staffing, RPO, or related recruitment consulting firms is highly desirable.
