We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of Mexicali.

**Shift: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5 pm**
**Saturday (alternate): 8 am to 3 pm**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and advise drivers on company information
- Conduct new drivers induction, assisting drivers to get onboard and to maintain files, audit reports and renewals of driver documents.
- Conduct reference checks and support onboarding of new drivers
- Maintain accurate HR files and personnel records for all transport staff
- Monitor license renewals, medical checks, and training certifications
- Support employee relations and internal communications related to transport staff
- Establish and manage proper workflow to ensure daily, weekly and monthly reports and requirements are met (trucks and drivers)
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Other Ad hoc responsibilities related to Driver Support
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Knowledge of B1 operation regulations and fleet documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes and recruitment workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and transportation/logistics software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR or logistics certification is a plus.
- Advanced English skills.
