**Job Title**: Sales Representative - Customer Growth & Acquisition
**Position Summary**:
An Sales Representative for a coated abrasives converter plays a key role in developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities with existing accounts, and proactively seeking new business.
This role requires:
- The ability to understand customer needs, follow up on open quotes, and coordinate with technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- A self-driven and organized approach to pipeline management, prospecting, and lead conversion to support overall sales growth and business development objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- **3+ years of experience in sales**, business development, or a customer-facing role in manufacturing or distribution.
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- **Bilingual**.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and CRM tools,
with a strong understanding of sales cycle management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, especially abrasives or tooling.
- Familiarity with B2B sales strategies and account-based selling.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate sales data and market trends to inform outreach strategies.
