We are currently seeking a **Customer Success Manager - SaaS Industry**
**_ Requirements:_**4+ years of experience** in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar **SaaS industry** roles.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding **key metrics** (e.g., retention, NPS, and upsell targets).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and drive decisions.
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- ** Advanced level of English (C1) as all communication is conducted in English with general users.

**_ Activities:_**
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of SaaS clients,
ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Drive customer retention by implementing and monitoring **key metrics** such as NPS, churn rate, and account growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure client goals align with the company's solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions with clients to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to resolve client issues and optimize the customer journey.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.

- Provide training and onboarding support to help clients maximize the value of our **SaaS products**.
